Standard Appointments
 
Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
Most consultations are booked for 15 minutes, but longer appointments can be arranged if needed. If you have a complex issue or multiple concerns, please let reception know when booking to ensure enough time is allocated.

Urgent and Same-Day Appointments
 
Same-day walk-in appointments are available with the on-call doctor on a first come, first seen basis between:

Monday to Friday: 9:30am – 4:30pm

To attend:
 

• No need to call in advance

• Arrive at the clinic between 9:30am and 4:30pm

• It is preferable to avoid the lunch hour between 1:00pm and 2:00pm

Please ensure you arrive before 4:30pm, as the on-call doctor finishes at 6:00pm.
Wait times may vary depending on the number of patients, clinic workflow, or emergency cases.
